Meet Randi
I’m Randi, founder of PB&J HR Solutions and a fractional Chief People Officer for growing organizations.
I bring a unique blend of business, research, and people expertise to my work. I hold a master’s degree in industrial & organizational psychology from Columbia University and am an aPHR-certified HR professional.
My background spans nearly three decades in market research and insights, where I partnered with leadership teams to bring structure, clarity, and better decision-making to complex environments.
Today, I apply that same discipline to HR.
I’m known for helping companies build the systems that sit between vision and culture, the structures that allow teams to scale without losing clarity, consistency, or control.
Throughout my career, I’ve worked closely with founders and leadership teams navigating growth, change, and increasing complexity, often at the point where informal approaches stop working and something more intentional is needed.
PB&J was built on a simple belief: growing companies deserve access to senior HR leadership without the cost or commitment of a full-time executive.
My work focuses on designing practical, scalable people systems, from role clarity and performance management to career development and employment law compliance. Additionally, ensuring they are implemented in a way that teams can realistically own and sustain.
I don’t build theory. I build systems that work in the real world.
At the core of my approach is a balance of structure and empathy. I believe strong organizations are built through clear expectations, consistent management practices, and leaders equipped to make confident, fair decisions.
HR should reduce noise, not add to it.
The goal is always the same: help organizations move from reactive to intentional, with the right systems in place to support performance, reduce risk, and drive sustainable growth.
PB&J’s vision is to be the go-to HR partner for small to mid-sized organizations scaling with purpose.
That means meeting companies where they are, helping them build what they need next, and leaving them stronger, more aligned, and better prepared for what’s ahead.
The promise is simple: practical, human-centered HR solutions that create clarity, strengthen leadership, and support sustainable growth.
